Dental insurance is not a guarantee of payment and should not be considered full coverage. Insurance benefits are determined solely by the insurance company and represent a contract between the patient and their insurer—not this practice.
While we are happy to submit insurance claims as a courtesy, many plans reimburse only a small portion of treatment costs, and some provide little to no coverage for certain procedures, even when they are medically necessary.
Patients are fully responsible for all fees not covered by insurance.
We proudly welcome out-of-pocket patients who understand that oral health is a meaningful and long-term investment. For patients who value comprehensive, high-quality, and personalized care, we have created our exclusive dental service memberships, designed to support proactive treatment without insurance limitations.
Patients who wish to continue care with our practice must agree to and comply with our new patient rules.
